Upon check-in, we conclude a contract for a specified number of months. If you want to move out earlier (if you have lived there longer than the minimum period of stay), then you need to notify us about the departure 30 days in advance.

Colife is a project focused on long-term rentals, unlike hotels, hostels or daily rentals.
The minimum length of stay in our rooms is 4 months, however, with a long-term lease (for 6 or 12 months), the price will be much more profitable.

We love pets very much!
But, unfortunately, the possibility of living in Colife with them depends on the rules established by the owner, as well as the management company of the house. In some cases, pets must be approved by neighbors.
If the approvals were successful, the pet’s accommodation is paid separately: +10% to the rental price.

During the first month of your stay, moving is prohibited, but after the first and before the third month you can move with a fine of 500 TRY. We do not take any fee for transfer if you have lived in your current place for more than 3 months and warned about your moving 30 days in advance.
If you want to move out early, we are ready to assist you in finding a replacement. At the same time, the cost of a month’s stay is deducted from the deposit.
Colife provides all its potential residents with an opportunity to see the room. In the last 30 days of your stay, we reserve the right to show your room to future residents with or without your presence. We assure you that we will warn you about upcoming visits.
Your friends can visit you in the daytime, from 9 am to 9 pm, but no more than two people during the day. Any guests can’t stay in the apartment without you. We ask to warn your neighbors about upcoming visits in the public chat room to maintain harmonious relations inside the apartment.
If you want to invite a friend in the nighttime offering him/her a place in your room, you must agree on this with us and your neighbors in the public chat room by providing us with the prospective guest’s full name and phone number. For the comfort of everyone in the apartment, guests can’t stay more than five nights a month. If you rent a sleeping place, you can’t have guests at night.

If you want to invite a friend in the nighttime offering him/her a place in your room, you must agree on this with us and your neighbors in the public chat room by providing us with the prospective guest’s full name and phone number. For the comfort of everyone in the apartment, guests can’t stay more than five nights a month. If you rent a sleeping place, you can’t have guests at night.

If you rent a private room, you can live with another person. For this, you need to provide us with his/her passport and contact details. The rental fee for the second person is +25% of the rental amount and utilities in full.
There are rarely problems between neighbors in our apartments. If you have faced such situation, then here are some tips:

Smoking is forbidden in the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony with the door closed or outside.

The rooms in the apartment are numbered clockwise from the entrance door. The first room will be the one furthest to the left from the entrance, and the last will be the one furthest to the right.

The list of provided furniture can be found in the profile of a specific room on our website. There are bed, wardrobe, mirror, blanket with pillow and curtains in each of our rooms. There are dresser, desk, chair, working lamp, carpet, and blanket in some rooms.
We do not provide bed linen, towels, disposable slippers and bathrobes, as well as personal hygiene products.
We also do not provide decorative pillows, vases, pots and artificial flowers. We use the decor for photos offering you the ideas for furnishing your room.

We do not change the configuration of apartments or rooms. If you want to purchase additional furniture and appliances, coordinate the installation with us. To do this, simply contact customer support.
We ensure that there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in our apartments. There are always a set of furniture, dining group, stove, fridge, microwave, dish set and cutlery, frying pan, saucepan, knife and trash bin in the kitchen.
From household appliances there are washing machine, iron and ironing board, dryer, broom and mop in the apartment.

We provide everything you need, but vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water filter, rolling pin, potato masher, garlic press, etc. are optional.
The apartment is connected to the Internet and has Wi-Fi.
The rental price includes cleaning of common areas: kitchen, bathrooms and hallway, 3−4 times a month. This helps you not to waste time on weekly cleaning. But we really ask you not to forget to clean up after yourself in order to maintain a favorable atmosphere in the apartment.

If you are sure of settling in, but planning to check in a little later, you can book a room for three days online, by transferring to our account. On the fourth day, it is necessary to conclude a contract and make full payment (in case it is inconvenient for you to come in person, the contract can be concluded online and exchange originals upon check-in).

Colife provides an official contract, which we help to notarize for applying for a residence permit, as well as an official letter of payment for utilities (gas, water, electricity) on behalf of the company. All other documents are received and collected by the tenant independently, informing the Colife support department. If additional documents are required for the apartment, the request can be made through the Colife support department.
